Luckily enough, there are many effective solution to fix this issue for good and resume downloading/updating games. My formatting is atrocious, but I don't usually post, came across this solution by chance, and thought it might help someone.If you've stumbled upon this post it probably means you are a Steam user (the massively-popular gaming distribution platform owned by Valve Corporation) and you have one or more games stuck into the dreadful "Download Queued" or "Update Queued" status - even if there are no active downloads. Whenever this scenario occurs Steam is basically unable to download or update anything, which can be extremely annoying. *Reminder to backup the file before saving Save the file, and if everything was done correctly, you can start up steam without having to re-download every workshop item.You will then want to copy everything under "WorkshopItemDetails", and paste them in place of everything you just deleted.You will want to delete everything under "WorkshopItemsInstalled", except for the 2 braces so it looks like this.Installed mods are under "WorkshopItemsInstalled",Īnd all workshop items subscribed under "WorkshopItemDetails".In this file, you will see something similar to the screenshot below, with length varying on how many mods you have installed.This is Arma's app manifest for workshop items. Locate your steam install with the workshop files downloaded.Your computer BSOD'd or you did something wrong, causing the app-manifest for Arma (Or any steam game) to become corrupt and think you haven't downloaded anything from the workshop even though you have the files.
